DIGITAL DIAL GAUGE INDICATOR
Features: Digital, least count 0.001 mm, high accuracy.
Description: Oriented design dial indicators use a button type battery SR44 and come with a minimum of functionality for ease of use. It allows the selection 0.01mm, 0.001mm or inch based measurement resolutions. This digimatic indicator employs absolute scale, which makes it possible to restore the origin point even if the power is turned off. This eliminates the need to perform origin restoration each time the power is turned ON. Furthermore this scale ensures that over speed errors do not occur, which improves reliability.
MICRO METER (MAKE MITUTOYO)
Features: Digital, Coolant proof LCD, Ratchet Stop, Range 0-25 mm and 25-50 mm, Least count 0.001 mm.
Description: Electromagnetic absolute sensor with improved resistance to environmental conditions so that dirt, oil and water cannot cause false readings. Anti slip finish gives improved grip while taking measurements. Comes with button type battery SR44.
RADIUD GAUGE (MAKE MITUTOYO)
Features: Range 1-7 mm, 7.5-15 mm & 15.5-25 mm, 180 degree arc, locking clamp.
Description: Both concave and convex radius gauges of each radius. Different between leaves is of 0.5 mm, Radius size stamped on each radius leaf. 14 pair of leaves for 1-7mm range, 16 pair for 7.5-15 mm, 20 pair for 15.5 to 25 mm.
HEAD GO/NO-GO GAUGES (MAKE INDIAN TOOLS ENG)
Features: B & D type, SUS 440C steel
Description: Used to check head & neck profile of punches which ensured proper fitment and movement of punches in cam track while tablet compression process.
MAGNIFYING GLASS
Features: 10X glass
Description: 10 times larger surface can be visible on the magnifying glass provided in kit. It is used to inspect surface finish on punch tip. We can even view smaller dents on punch tip.
COMPARATOR STAND
Features: Heavy Base, Movable Arm, Magnet ON/OFF switch, firm magnet power, mechanical locking system.
Description: Magnetic stand accepts all dial indicators. The ON/OFF switch offers instant mounting and dismounting without any adverse effect to the indicators or work piece surface.
MAGNETIC V BLOCK WITH CLAMP (MAKE MITUTOYO)
Features: Heavy Base, Magnet ON/OFF switch, firm magnet power, mechanical locking system.
Description: V blocks are required for inspection purpose in Tool Room. It has high magnetic pull, hence it can be used fro inspection as well as polishing. It has 3 magnetic surfaces top and bottom with 90 degree 'V' angle and end surface opposite to switch. The permanent magnet holds the work firmly in the 'V' and if the block rests on magnetically conductive surface it will hold firmly to that surface. The magnetic system being shielded from penetration of moisture so that it cannot be damaged by coolants or other fluids.
PUNCH HOLDING BUSH (MAKE INDIAN TOOLS ENG)
Features: B & D type, ID as per standard punch
Description: As punch cannot rest on his own and can fall while inspecting Overall Length (OL) and Working Length (WL), a punch holding bush is used. It provides support punches while measuring lengths of punch. This helps us in getting accurate measurements.
PUNCH HEIGHT GAUGE (MAKE INDIAN TOOLS ENG)
Features: 133.6 mm, Hard chrome plated.
Description: Hard chrome plated D3 steel punch height gauge is provided which is referred while measuring Overall Length (OL) and Working Length (WL). This height gauge measures exact 133.6 mm which is standard height of punch.
